When scheduling a private or small group Pilates lesson with me the following options are available:

Option #1

You can see me in Layette, CA at Absolute Center, conveniently located a few blocks from BART as well as Highways 24, see www.absolutecenter.net for location, directions and more information. You can contact Absolute Center at 925-299-9642 more information or to schedule an initial appointment, or you can contact me personally at 510-847-7977, or ec.pilates@gmail.com

My fees at Absolute Center are as follows

Private sessions, all 55 minutes each:

Single session $65

5 sessions $310

10 sessions $600

Postural Assessment and Introduction (not required but quite helpful and educating)

60 min $75

75 min $85

Duet lessons and 30 minute sessions are also available at Absolute Center, please see the above website for more information.

Option #2

You can schedule a session with me at Finding Center in the Rockridge neighborhood of Oakland, CA. A beautiful, airy and bright space conveniently located at the intersection of College and Claremont Ave, not far from the Berkeley border, and only blocks from Rockridge BART station. My fees at Finding Center are as follows

All sessions 55 minutes

Single session $70

5 sessions $340

10 session $650

Duet Lessons also available for $40 per person ($80 total)

Our initial session will serve as an assessment and introduction to Pilates. The focus will be on getting to know you, your body and your specific goals a little better

Option #3

If you live in El Cerrito, Albany, Berkeley, Oakland, Emeryville, Orinda, Lafayette or Walnut Creek I am available visit you in your home for private or duet lessons for the same prices listed above for Finding Center in Rockridge. For San Francisco and Marin County I am available for an additional fee depending on exact location.

In home lessons will include the use of various props (balls, magic circle, roller, etc. ) as well as mat work. This is a great for learning several workouts for you to do on your own at home

Group Mat Classes available in your Business, Office, Sorority or Fraternity House, Gym, Yoga Studio, etc. Contact me for more information.
